Coffee in hand, Lopez strutted through the parking lot in a black bodysuit with a plunging halter-neckline. Her sculpted arms were on full display in the sleeveless design, which featured a faux waistband and subtle ruching along the bust.

As she walked past paparazzi, Lopez shared a glimpse at the full outfit from behind, including a surprising, lower back cutout that created the illusion of a two-piece look. On her feet, the style icon also wore a pair of white sneakers and ribbed crew socks pulled over the hem of her leggings, giving the Gen-Z gym trend her stamp of approval. She completed the outfit with gold-rimmed, aviator sunglasses, mini gold earrings, and a high ponytail.

In October, Lopez commented on her strict workout regiment during an interview on CBS Mornings. “I lift heavy, I do a lot of weights now because as you get older you need to start doing that in your 30s,” she told Gayle King. “And you need to do that because, even if you’re like, into cardio and you want to be slim or drop weight or whatever, muscle is the thing that burns fat.”

Not forgetting the accessories, she paired the two-piece ensemble with a collection of layered gold necklaces and another pair of gold-rimmed sunglasses.

Lopez’s gym style moment comes just weeks after the Office Romance star celebrated her 57th birthday on July 24. For her birthday week, Lopez donned a parade of increasingly-sheer gowns adorned with jewels, including over 400 carats of diamonds.
