A mother’s love is sweeter than honey.
Look no further than Jessica Alba sharing a rare glimpse into life as mom to her and ex-husband Cash Warren‘s 8-year-old son Hayes.
“Mi amor,” the Honey actress wrote on Instagram June 18. “Hayesie -being a boy mom to this incredible little dude … what a gift.”
Along with selfies of her and Hayes, she included a self-portrait he drew at school, a clip of him moonwalking in a checkered pajama set and an adorable throwback photo of Hayes as a baby.
For Alba—who also shares daughters Honor, 18, and Haven, 14, with the film producer—parenthood has been more fantastic than she could’ve imagined. In fact, she reflected on the honor while celebrating Hayes’ birthday earlier this year.
“Time has flown by, yet it has paused on so many beautiful moments with you,” she wrote on Instagram in January. “Watching you grow into the coolest lil dude ever has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.”
