Jessica Alba is ready for a new chapter. On May 20, three months after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Cash Warren, the Honest Beauty founder shared an Instagram post reflecting on her month.
“A love letter to the month of May 🫶🏽,” Alba began the post, expressing her gratitude for a recent period of healing and growth. “This year is flying by, and I’m reminding myself to slow down and soak it all in—the big moments, the quiet ones, the chaos, the beauty, all of it. Feeling especially grateful for the people, the growth, the laughter, the healing, and the little everyday moments that end up meaning the most 💗 See you soon, June 🥰.”
Though Alba did not directly comment on her divorce from Warren, who she was married to for 16 years, the actress made it clear that she’s making an active effort to show up for herself.
Amid photos of herself soaking up the sun on a boat with friends, working out at the gym, and enjoying lunch dates with friends, Alba also shared several quotes from We the Urban, a mental health and self-empowerment platform. “And somehow it’s already almost June,” one quote read. “This is a reminder that you deserve more than just surviving your life. The couple soft-launched their relationship in a vacation photo shared to Instagram in October 2025. While Alba and Ramirez have kept their relationship out of the spotlight, the couple’s made a few rare public appearances, including at the Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood on November 8, 2025.
