Jessica Alba is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by paying tribute to some of the women who inspired her to launch Culture Makers, an initiative founded to "unite, celebrate, and honor our Hispanic + Latin community." The Honey actress paired her Instagram shoutout with a carousel of images from the annual event, which she hosted in her Beverly Hills home back in February. The likes of Eva Longoria, Lauren Sánchez, and Salma Hayek were in attendance.
"Crushing on these #Latinas who radiate poder [sic], light, and love—celebrating our cultura every day through who they are and how they move through the world—today and always ✨💃🏽🫶🏽🥰," Alba wrote.
As for her outfit? The Honest Company founder wore a black button-up top that was almost completely unbuttoned with a peekaboo bra underneath. She paired the top with matching black trousers.
In her Instagram caption, meanwhile, the Fantastic Four actress gushed about the success of Culture Makers, which has been "fostering culture, collaboration, community, and connection" since its inception in 2023.
"To this sisterhood: thank you for reminding us that success isn’t a solo journey," Alba wrote. "That our greatest currency is connection. And that when we come together, we rise together."
She added that it is an "honor" to celebrate her fellow Latinas "this month and every month."
Elsewhere in her photo dump, Alba included a poignant quote from her friend and fellow Latina Zoe Saldaña.
"People think of Latina women as being fiery and fierce, which is usually true," the Emilia Pérez actress said, per Alba's Instagram. "But I think the quality that so many Latinas posses is strength. I’m very proud to have Latin blood."
