Over a year after Jessica Alba filed for divorce from her longtime spouse, Cash Warren, the couple has reportedly reached a settlement. Court filings obtained by People also confirmed their custody arrangements.
Alba and Warren, who were married for over two decades, share three children: daughters Honor and Haven, and a son named Hayes. As part of their agreement, the actress and Warren will share joint legal and physical custody of their three kids.
In February 2025, Alba filed for divorce from Warren, citing irreconcilable differences. She also listed their date of separation as December 27, 2024.
“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote in a January 2025 social media post. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
“We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time,” she concluded.
Alba and her ex remain cordial, with the Sin City star sharing a Father’s Day tribute to the producer last June.
“Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren,” she wrote in an Instagram Stories post. “Our babies couldn’t have a better dad—warm, kind, present, always knowing just what to say. I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them. Making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock 🫶🏽.”
Alba and Warren met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004, tying the knot in Los Angeles in 2008. They welcomed their first daughter, Honor, that same year. In 2011, the couple had another daughter, Haven, followed by the birth of their son Hayes in 2017.
