Revealed: Jennifer Aniston's Trainer's Secret to Ageless Beauty

Jennifer Aniston has been our ultimate fitness inspiration since the ‘s, but if you think she spends her mornings doing hundreds of sit-ups to maintain those famous abs, think again!

The Friends alum, , is famously disciplined when it comes to her health, but her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, recently revealed that the secret to Aniston’s toned, size physique is actually a low-impact, high-reward method that focuses on “functional” movement rather than “endless crunches.”

Aniston’s fitness journey took a major turn four years ago when she discovered Pvolve, a science-led exercise program. After becoming a dedicated member in , the actress officially joined the team as an ambassador in , and she hasn’t looked back since.

“She loves a challenging workout, and it’s been so rewarding over these last four years to see her strength grow,” Coleman told Dailymail.com.

So, what exactly does a workout with the world’s most famous “Friend” look like? According to Coleman, the pair focuses on three signature Pvolve formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.

The sessions are designed to be efficient. Each workout kicks off with a dynamic warm-up, moves into strength training with unique resistance equipment and heavier weights, and incorporates “small cardio bursts” to keep the heart rate up.

“We place a heavy focus on form to help prevent injury and conclude each session with a proper cool-down,” Coleman explained, noting that the goal is to build overall mobility, stability, and cardiovascular health.

While Aniston is known for her Hollywood hustle, she never misses a beat when it comes to her sweat sessions. Whether she has a full hour or just enough time for a “quicker session,” Coleman says Aniston “always shows up ready to work.”

“Her consistency, discipline, and strength are truly inspiring to witness firsthand,” Coleman shared. And it’s not all serious business—the trainer noted that Aniston’s beloved pups often make “occasional cameos” during their workouts, making the sessions “a dream come true.”

Perhaps the most surprising takeaway for fans? Aniston’s core routine. Coleman says the “Core Collection” they use together is about much more than just a six-pack.

“Most times when people think about training their ‘core,’ they think of endless crunches on a mat,” Coleman said. “However, at Pvolve, we train your core and functionally. In other words, we cover every part of your core, not just your abdominals.”

The focus is on “daily movement patterns,” meaning the strength Aniston builds in the gym translates to her real life, helping her perform daily tasks and stay injury-free.

Aniston originally sought out the program while recovering from a back injury, a time she describes as incredibly difficult. “I don’t feel like myself when I’m not able to work out,” the actress shares on the Pvolve website.

After seeing a friend undergo a “complete transformation” through the program, Aniston decided to give it a shot. She ordered the equipment, started streaming classes at home, and immediately noticed a difference in her energy levels.

“It’s completely different from anything I’d tried before,” Aniston said. “It’s functional fitness that respects where your body is at and allows you to work around your current limitations.”

It’s clear that for Jennifer Aniston, staying fit isn’t about punishment—it’s about longevity, rhythm, and a little help from her four-legged friends!

Jennifer Aniston and Friends Show Off Stunning Summer Styles

These days, when people say something is basic, they don’t always mean it in a flattering way. But when it comes to wardrobe staples, basic is anything but boring. Just look at the ways Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner, and Joanna Gaines have been wearing them.

All three stars recently wore mix-and-match pieces that are the foundation of any great capsule wardrobe. Aniston paired vintage-wash jeans with a fitted black tank for a sleek, casual look, and Garner dressed up light-wash jeans with a luxe-looking, short-sleeve polo shirt. As for Gaines, she went monochromatic in black jeans and a loose-fitting tank.

If you’re also now inspired to upgrade your own staples, keep scrolling for lookalike Quince clothing pieces starting at $16.

Jennifer Aniston’s Minimalist Masterclass

Aniston’s minimalist tank top and jeans combo is a go-to for her, and we can see why. To recreate her effortless ensemble, we found this Quince tank top with a modest scoop neck, fitted silhouette, and thick straps. It’s made of breathable cotton that’s lightweight enough for summer but can also be layered in the fall and winter. Team it with this pair of jeans, which has a vintage-inspired wash similar to the actress’s. The wide-leg style makes them a comfortable choice whether you’re running errands or heading to lunch.

Jennifer Garner’s Polished Polo

If your style favors classic silhouettes, Jennifer Garner’s sunset look belongs in your closet. Her timeless polo shirt looks nearly identical to this Quince one, which is made of soft, luxe cashmere. It has ribbed, fitted arms, a mid-sized collar, and an adjustable button-front neckline. Shoppers say it’s “lightweight enough for warm weather,” with one noting they “didn’t feel hot at all” wearing it on a 90-degree day. When it comes to her jeans, this lightwash pair is a great option with its subtle heathering at the hips and traditional five-pocket design. The barrel silhouette isn’t overwhelming, and reviewers call them “comfortable in all the right places.”

Joanna Gaines’ Black Basics

Basics are timeless, but that doesn’t mean they can’t also feel modern. Gaines’ monochromatic look proves that. Like this Quince top, her tank has a breezier fit with a subtle curve along the arms, and yes, while it looks good on its own, it’s also great for styling under linen button downs in summer and cardigans come fall. Our personal favorite piece of her look, though, is the sleek, flared jeans. Achieve the same style with Quince’s Luna pair, which mirrors Gaines’ silhouette and has built-in stretch for comfortable, all-day wear and a just-right mid-rise fit.
