Jim Curtis Talks Relationship Struggles with Jennifer Aniston

Jim Curtis knows how to navigate his relationship with girlfriend Jennifer Aniston.

The hypnotherapist and health and wellness expert shared on the Ced with Intention podcast released on Feb. 12 that he believes knowing how to “repair” relationships is a key part of making them last.

“The only reason we’re here on this earth is for interpersonal relationships. That’s all the reason… Repair is part of it all. We’re living with it,” he said.

Curtis, who was first linked with the Friends star in July 2025, added that it was something that he practiced in his relationship as well, though he did not name Aniston, 57, by name.

“I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend. We spend a lot of time in the house together. Sometimes, we can have little things flare up,” he explained. “We have the opportunity to be silent, angry, [we] could leave the house, think about it and meditate on how to change it.

“Or we can say, ‘Hey, this is what happened, I’m sorry,’ and do the repair,” and then go and work on making sure it happens less or doesn’t happen again. Because once you make a repair and it just happens five more times, no one trusts it,” he added.

When it comes to relationships, he said that “there has to be some agreement” that both parties are emotionally open and are equally doing the work in the relationship.

“We both have to work on ourselves. I can’t fix you, you can’t fix me.’ But we have to at least be in agreement, ‘This is gonna happen when we have this discussion,’ ” said Curtis.

“We’ve had discussions where, before anything bad happens, ‘In this situation, do you need time? Do you need 10 minutes to yourself to think about it or do you want to get into it immediately? Is it OK if we sleep overnight or are you the type of person who, if you go to bed angry, it’s really painful for you?’ ” he continued. “I think there needs to be, especially in a romantic relationship, you need to pregame the rules to this thing that you’re doing."

Curtis and Aniston first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 when they were spotted out in Mallorca, Spain, together, alongside stars including Jason Bateman, his wife Amanda Anka and Amy Schumer.

The couple then went Instagram official with their romance in November, with Aniston posting a photo of herself with her arms wrapped around Curtis and the caption, “Happy birthday my love Cherished ❤️”

Last month, a source shared details on the couple’s romance with PEOPLE, saying that the actress “had a great end to the year and feels really good about where things are with Jim.”

“She's excited about this new year and what's ahead, especially with Jim by her side now. Jen's always been fine on her own and comfortable being single, but her relationship with Jim is just different,” the insider said at the time.

“She's very happy and comfortable,” the source added. “He's just so sweet and supportive of her. He makes her everyday life better."

Jennifer Aniston and Friends Show Off Stunning Summer Styles

These days, when people say something is basic, they don’t always mean it in a flattering way. But when it comes to wardrobe staples, basic is anything but boring. Just look at the ways Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner, and Joanna Gaines have been wearing them.

All three stars recently wore mix-and-match pieces that are the foundation of any great capsule wardrobe. Aniston paired vintage-wash jeans with a fitted black tank for a sleek, casual look, and Garner dressed up light-wash jeans with a luxe-looking, short-sleeve polo shirt. As for Gaines, she went monochromatic in black jeans and a loose-fitting tank.

If you’re also now inspired to upgrade your own staples, keep scrolling for lookalike Quince clothing pieces starting at $16.

Jennifer Aniston’s Minimalist Masterclass

Aniston’s minimalist tank top and jeans combo is a go-to for her, and we can see why. To recreate her effortless ensemble, we found this Quince tank top with a modest scoop neck, fitted silhouette, and thick straps. It’s made of breathable cotton that’s lightweight enough for summer but can also be layered in the fall and winter. Team it with this pair of jeans, which has a vintage-inspired wash similar to the actress’s. The wide-leg style makes them a comfortable choice whether you’re running errands or heading to lunch.

Jennifer Garner’s Polished Polo

If your style favors classic silhouettes, Jennifer Garner’s sunset look belongs in your closet. Her timeless polo shirt looks nearly identical to this Quince one, which is made of soft, luxe cashmere. It has ribbed, fitted arms, a mid-sized collar, and an adjustable button-front neckline. Shoppers say it’s “lightweight enough for warm weather,” with one noting they “didn’t feel hot at all” wearing it on a 90-degree day. When it comes to her jeans, this lightwash pair is a great option with its subtle heathering at the hips and traditional five-pocket design. The barrel silhouette isn’t overwhelming, and reviewers call them “comfortable in all the right places.”

Joanna Gaines’ Black Basics

Basics are timeless, but that doesn’t mean they can’t also feel modern. Gaines’ monochromatic look proves that. Like this Quince top, her tank has a breezier fit with a subtle curve along the arms, and yes, while it looks good on its own, it’s also great for styling under linen button downs in summer and cardigans come fall. Our personal favorite piece of her look, though, is the sleek, flared jeans. Achieve the same style with Quince’s Luna pair, which mirrors Gaines’ silhouette and has built-in stretch for comfortable, all-day wear and a just-right mid-rise fit.
