When you’re an A-list icon like Jennifer Aniston, your home isn’t just a house—it’s a sensory experience.
Fans have long been obsessed with the Friends alum’s $ million Bel-Air mansion, but while we’ve spent years admiring the “zen” architecture and the sprawling backyard, her best friend Courteney Cox just let us in on a “secret” that doesn’t involve floor plans.
During a viral interview with Marie Claire’s TikTok, the -year-old Scream actress revealed that Aniston officially holds the title for the “best-smelling home” among her entire inner circle.
The trick to that intoxicating A-list aroma? It turns out Jen is a loyal fan of her bestie’s business venture. Courteney revealed that her BFF is constantly burning a candle from her home fragrance brand, Homecourt.
“Out of all my friends, I’m going to say, Jennifer Aniston,” Courteney shared when asked who has the best-scented space. “And that’s because she is burning my candle from Homecourt by Cece. That’s the one she likes the best and that’s my personal scent.”
Courteney doubled down on the endorsement, laughing: “And I’m not kidding—that actually is her favorite candle.”
The $ “Cece” candle is described as a sophisticated blend of cedarwood smoke, sweet cardamom, cinnamon, and white leather. It’s a scent that perfectly matches the warm, modernist aesthetic Aniston has spent years cultivating in her mid-century home.
Courteney, who launched Homecourt two years ago, has taken a very “hands-on” approach to the brand. She famously revealed that the original prototype for the candle vessel was actually hand-thrown in her own backyard.
But while “Cece” is Aniston’s go-to, Courteney recently launched a new line that is even closer to her heart. In July, she introduced the Cocomoi collection, a bodycare and home fragrance line inspired by her daughter, Coco Arquette.
To announce the launch, Courteney shared a touching photo on Instagram of her and Coco embracing, explaining that the scent—which features notes of coconut water, cedarwood, and creamy fig—symbolizes their mother-daughter connection.
“Coco is as spicy as she is sweet, so I added black pepper tones to allude to her dynamic and funny personality,” Courteney explained on the Homecourt website. “I think Cocomoi does a great job of conjuring up so much in one scent. It’s warm, light, and fresh, yet sophisticated.”
While we might not all have a $ million mortgage or a Pacific Ocean view, Courteney is making it a lot easier for fans to at least smell like they’re hanging out in Jen’s living room.
Between the holiday lights in the backyard and the “Cece” candle flickering inside, Jennifer Aniston’s home truly is the ultimate holiday goal. We’re just waiting for our invite to the next Friendsgiving!
Jennifer Aniston and Friends Show Off Stunning Summer Styles
These days, when people say something is basic, they don’t always mean it in a flattering way. But when it comes to wardrobe staples, basic is anything but boring. Just look at the ways Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner, and Joanna Gaines have been wearing them.
All three stars recently wore mix-and-match pieces that are the foundation of any great capsule wardrobe. Aniston paired vintage-wash jeans with a fitted black tank for a sleek, casual look, and Garner dressed up light-wash jeans with a luxe-looking, short-sleeve polo shirt. As for Gaines, she went monochromatic in black jeans and a loose-fitting tank.
If you’re also now inspired to upgrade your own staples, keep scrolling for lookalike Quince clothing pieces starting at $16.
Jennifer Aniston’s Minimalist Masterclass
Aniston’s minimalist tank top and jeans combo is a go-to for her, and we can see why. To recreate her effortless ensemble, we found this Quince tank top with a modest scoop neck, fitted silhouette, and thick straps. It’s made of breathable cotton that’s lightweight enough for summer but can also be layered in the fall and winter. Team it with this pair of jeans, which has a vintage-inspired wash similar to the actress’s. The wide-leg style makes them a comfortable choice whether you’re running errands or heading to lunch.
Jennifer Garner’s Polished Polo
If your style favors classic silhouettes, Jennifer Garner’s sunset look belongs in your closet. Her timeless polo shirt looks nearly identical to this Quince one, which is made of soft, luxe cashmere. It has ribbed, fitted arms, a mid-sized collar, and an adjustable button-front neckline. Shoppers say it’s “lightweight enough for warm weather,” with one noting they “didn’t feel hot at all” wearing it on a 90-degree day. When it comes to her jeans, this lightwash pair is a great option with its subtle heathering at the hips and traditional five-pocket design. The barrel silhouette isn’t overwhelming, and reviewers call them “comfortable in all the right places.”
Joanna Gaines’ Black Basics
Basics are timeless, but that doesn’t mean they can’t also feel modern. Gaines’ monochromatic look proves that. Like this Quince top, her tank has a breezier fit with a subtle curve along the arms, and yes, while it looks good on its own, it’s also great for styling under linen button downs in summer and cardigans come fall. Our personal favorite piece of her look, though, is the sleek, flared jeans. Achieve the same style with Quince’s Luna pair, which mirrors Gaines’ silhouette and has built-in stretch for comfortable, all-day wear and a just-right mid-rise fit.
